The INHON Safe Care Warranty service* provides 24-hour fast repair**, one-call courier pickup and delivery***, 2-year warranty for notebooks and 1-year warranty for tablets. INHON also has a free customer support hotline that you can call for our customer service representative to answer any questions that you might have. If repairs are needed, there is no need to take the product to a specific service center. Our customer service representative will arrange for a courier service to pick up the product from your home.

Customers who purchase an INHON computer product will enjoy a 24-hour Fast Repair** service within the warranty period.
One-Call Courier Pickup
If the product is defective or not working, simply make a booking through the INHON customer service hotline and a courier service will be dispatched to your chosen location to pick up the product for repair, saving you the hassle of going to a service center.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Physical Channels: If a new product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, it can be replaced on the spot with the original seller by providing proof of purchase.
INHON web shop: If a new product is found to be defective or not what you expected within 7 days of its arrival, contact the original seller directly to arrange for its return or replacement. Only valid if damage is deemed not to be caused by the customer. Returns not accepted otherwise and will be treated as an out-of-warranty repair. Please refer to the product warranty card for the relevant terms and conditions.
Warranty period: The warranty period for all notebook products is two years starting from the date on the uniform receipt. (The warranty period for batteries is 1-year. The warranty period for accessories is 6 months). For tablet products, the warranty period is 1 year starting from the date of purchase. (The warranty period for USB line is 3 months)
Calculation of warranty period based on the date of the uniform receipt ("receipt date"):If using the receipt date to calculate the warranty period, the uniform receipt detailing the product model purchased should be provided.
Product damage/failure due to improper use or disassembly is not covered by the warranty. Product is not covered by the warranty if it was disassembled by the user or an unauthorized engineer.
The customer had removed the factory serial number sticker, when the serial number sticker does not match the product model, the serial number sticker is illegible due to tampering or wear, or the product does not have a corresponding INHON serial number sticker. In the above situations, warranty is revoked by INHON****.
Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, "consumers who purchase a product from a non-physical channel or from a physical channel that only offered a non-functional model such as a 3D catalog" may return the goods or ask for a replacement within 7 days without having to state a reason .
INHON provides a 6-month warranty on repaired parts for its notebook products and 3 months warranty for its tablet products. The consumer is entitled to free warranty service if the same fault happens again within this period (if out of warranty period for the whole device then the warranty period takes precedence).
INHON provides a 24-hour turnaround repair service**. (Starting from the time that INHON receives the product. This does not cover paid repairs.)
In the event of the following, INHON reserves the right to charge a repair fee for INHON products under warranty:
*The warranty service description of this webpage is only limited for the INHON product sold in Taiwan. For the warranty service within other region, please contact with local distributor or refer to the warranty card.
** Repair time does not include the time it takes to ship the product. It starts from the time that the product sent for repair is received by INHON.
Inability to prove the warranty period of the INHON product or the INHON product is out of warranty.
Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions or the operating environment stated in the user manual.
Product was damaged by forces beyond human control (natural disasters, flooding, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon, insects etc.), external force (scratching, dropping, broken clip, cracking, broken, heavy impact etc.) or other extraordinary factors.
Damage caused by unauthorized installation, addition, expansion, modification or repair using unauthorized or approved parts by a third-party.
Troubleshooting of software not bundled with the product, system restoration/installation or software installation services.
Customer's unauthorized modification of the operating system re-formatting or re-partitioning of the hard disk partitions, or system damage caused by computer virus infection. or virus disinfection.
*** If the product fails due to outside force applied by the consumer then INHON will pay for the pickup but the consumer must pay for the return shipping.
**** This clause is only applicable to notebook products.
